At Scott Street Pharmacy, we are committed to providing support to the community and are invested in being able to supply the community with health solutions. Being proactive in supporting our community helps us to evaluate what services we improve or implement to help people achieve positive health outcomes.  We also believe that by being involved with supporting various charities and organisations, we are supporting mental health. 

Our major fund raising and awareness campaigns to date have been for Heart Kids Qld, Epilepsy Qld, Blush Cancer Care Inc and Emerge.

Our community outreach program also includes and is not limited to educational/training sessions for staff of Aged Care facilities, Hospitals and Disability Support Services on site and in pharmacy.  

We can also facilitate information sessions for GP’s on site and in pharmacy. These sessions may include and is not limited to:

• Sleep Apnea – Symptoms, diagnosis, fit and education of new equipment after diagnoses, ongoing care and maintenance.

• Compression Garments and Orthopaedic Supports – Product availability, correct garment selection, fitting techniques.

• Medicinal Compounding.
